Rehearsals

Rehearsals got off to a great start on September 3rd and will continue each Thursday from 19:30 - 22:00 (or thereabouts) each Thursday thereafter at Countess Mountbatten House. For more information, click here.

 

Show Week Timetable

 

Sunday 3rd Jan: Fit up day. Likely to be late as set does not arrive until Sunday evening.
All cast members to report to the Point from 1pm for costume fittings. 
Dance Rehearsal for all chorus and principals that are in dances.  Venue TBA  from approx 3pm.
Band rehearsal

 

Monday 4th Jan 6.30pm:  Technical rehearsal.  Full costume.  Make up will be required for some.  You will be told if this includes you.
The technical rehearsal is for the technical crew and can be long and boring.  Please be patient and cooperative.  Younger members may leave from 9.30pm.  Adults please be prepared to stay for the duration.

 

Tuesday 5th Jan 6.30pm: Full dress rehearsal.  This is a full run through with all costume, make up and effects.  All cast members MUST stay until the show is complete and notes have been given

 

Wednesday 6th Jan   6.30pm:  Full dress rehearsal as Tuesday

Thursday 7th Jan       7.30pm   Performance

Friday 8th Jan            4.30pm: Performance
                                    8.00pm: Performance

Saturday 9th Jan        2.30pm  Performance
                                    7.30pm  Performance

Sunday 10th Jan       12:00      Performance
                                   4.00pm:  Performance

 

After the final performance on the Sunday we need to completely vacate the theatre that evening.  We will need all hands on deck.  Please do your best to help clear the dressing rooms, ferry things back to Peter?s house and generally help as needed.

 

In addition to the above times many of the crew will be in the theatre all day Sunday, Monday and possibly Tuesday so if you want to drop in to help run errands,  make drinks and help keep up our spirits you will be welcome!
